Meditation 101 is a drop-in introductory class to meditation and Buddhist philosophy; no pre-registration required! With guided relaxing meditations and a discussion on basic Buddhist teachings, this class is great for those who wish to explore the Buddhist way of life. This nine week series covers the basic meditation practices within the Kadampa tradition. The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.
