Saturday April 8th from 10am to 12:30pm
With Buddhist teacher Ethan Lechner
Cost: $12 to $30 – Pay within this range according to your ability
We often confuse self-focus with self-esteem, believing that if we concentrate on our own needs and wishes we will feel more confident, but this often leads to self-criticism and lack of confidence.
By understanding what actually creates self-esteem we can learn to be reliable to our self and to others, feeling happy with our ability to accomplish what we set out to do.
In this Saturday meditation workshop, Buddhist teacher Ethan Lechner will give teachings and guide meditations to enable participants to free themselves from false views that lead to lack of self-esteem, and enable them to find a life filled with confidence and meaning.
There will be a break where snacks, tea, and coffee will be provided.
No previous meditation experience required. Everyone is welcome!
You don’t need to pre-register for this workshop. Just come up about 15 minutes before the start of class so you can get paid up and settled in. You can pay by cash or check.
