Meditation In Chapel Hill

‘Death and Dying: A Buddhist Perspective’ meditation workshop

Saturday March 3rd from 10am to 12:30pm
With Buddhist teacher David Rademacher
Cost: $12 to $30 – pay within this range as you can afford

One of the kindest things we can do for ourselves and others is come to terms with our own mortality, and to use that knowledge to transform the way we live our life.

Buddha’s teachings offer profound insight into the meaning and process of death and dying, helping us to face our own death, and that of others, with confidence, clarity, and fearlessness.

In this course, we will learn how to transform the understanding and experience of death and dying into a meaningful and powerful spiritual opportunity.

Each session will include a brief guided meditation to find greater peace and confidence as well as a talk.

This morning meditation workshop will consist of two sessions with a 30-minute break in-between.  Snacks, tea, and coffee will be provided during the break.

No previous meditation experience required. Everyone is welcome!

You don’t need to pre-register for this workshop. Just come up about 15 minutes before the start of class so you can get paid up and settled in. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card .
