Includes practical advice and guided meditations. You are welcome to ask questions about the instructions. A perfect way to introduce yourself to meditation, or to re-energize your practice.
This morning meditation workshop will consist of two sessions with a 30-minute break in-between. Each session will include a guided meditation and a talk. Snacks, tea, and coffee will be provided during the break.
No previous meditation experience required. Everyone is welcome!
You don’t need to pre-register for this workshop. Just come up about 15 minutes before the start of class so you can get paid up and settled in. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card .
