Cost: $12 to $30 – pay as you can afford within this range
What comes to mind when you think about self-care? Eating right? Getting enough sleep? Taking the time to do something fun? All of these things are very important, but in this workshop, we’re going to explore self-care from a spiritual point of view. How can you take care of your physical and mental health using the time-tested teachings of Buddhism?
Participants will leave this workshop with fresh inspiration for trying self-care techniques like meditation and relaxation, and for managing things like depression and anxiety.
There will be a break where snacks, tea, and coffee will be provided.
No previous meditation experience required. Everyone is welcome!
You don’t need to pre-register for this workshop. Just come up about 15 minutes before the start of class so you can get paid up and settled in. You can pay by cash or check.
