‘The Yoga of Happiness: Exchanging Self with Others’ meditation workshop

Saturday March 24th from 10am to 12:30pm
With Buddhist teacher Ethan Lechner
Cost: $12 to $30 – pay within this range as you can afford

Yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning practice or discipline. Exchanging self and others is a powerful spiritual practice that will help us to find inner strength and freedom from our daily problems.

By training our mind to be more aware of the happiness and well being of others, and meditating on this precious mind, we have the ability to change the way we see and interact with others in our daily life and in our world.

When we cherish others, we become more aware of the happiness and well being of others.  We will solve all of our problems and experience deep inner peace.

This morning meditation workshop will consist of two sessions with a 30-minute break in-between.  Each session will include a guided meditation and a talk.  Snacks, tea, and coffee will be provided during the break.

No previous meditation experience required.  Everyone is welcome!

You don’t need to pre-register for this workshop.  Just come up about 15 minutes before the start of class so you can get paid up and settled in.  You can pay by cash, check, or credit card .
