Through training in meditation we can maintain a calm and happy mind in any circumstance. We offer a free class on Sunday mornings that can help you relax, let go of difficult thoughts, and strengthen your mind to face the week.
Join us on Sunday mornings for a light and inspiring meditation, chanted prayers focused on developing inner peace, and a talk about the teachings of Buddha.
Starting in late Summer 2018, we are starting a new book, How to Solve Our Human Problems, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso . The book is an introduction to Buddha’s teaching on the Four Noble Truths, and also a includes practical teachings on creating a strong and peaceful mind through meditation.
