The Power of Giving

For over two decades, the Kosala Buddhist Meditation Center in Carrboro has been helping our community find true inner peace and happiness, and over the past few years, we have been able to continue our offerings through the pandemic.

Thanks to the generosity of our members, volunteers and benefactors, Kosala has flourished, providing practical refuge and a path to real peace to the people of Carrboro/Chapel Hill and our surrounding area. As a 501(c)(3) non-for-profit organization, we rely on our members and kind benefactors for financial support.

Our year-end campaign is one of many important opportunities to help us advance our education programs which now serve many people seeking refuge in their busy modern lives.

Ultimately, our aim is nothing short of world peace.

Your support will make a difference in the world during these difficult times, as well as right here at home.  Even with the efforts of our devoted managers and energetic volunteers, we could not have achieved this level of success without the financial support of others, such as yourself.

On behalf of the management team, we thank you for your ongoing support. Your membership and attendance at classes and events – as well as your gifts of time, talent, resources and prayers – have made Kosala Buddhist Center possible

We will continue to serve our community with your help.

Please consider supporting the continued thriving of Kosala Center with a year-end donation. Your contribution – which will be used for general operating expenses, educational programs, special events and so much more – is essential for our success.

You can make your contribution by check or credit card, in-person at the Center, by mail or on our website at this link.

With love and gratitude,
